Agrobiotest d.o.o. participated in the traditional 64th Plant Protection Seminar held in Opatija from February 4 to 7, 2020. In addition to attending lectures, Agrobiotest d.o.o. also presented results from previous years’ experiments and served as logistical support in gathering information for the scientific papers of our clients and colleagues. Our colleague Hrvoje Sambolek, together with colleague Renata Dejanović from Bayer d.o.o., presented a joint project in the poster section titled “Integrated Weed Management (IWM platform) – First Year of the Project, Experiences and Results,” and shared the results of their work, “TARGETED APPLICATION OF HERBICIDES IN CORN CROPS – A CONTRIBUTION TO REDUCING HERBICIDE INPUTS INTO THE ENVIRONMENT,” by authors Valentina Šoštarčić, Josip Lakić, Renata Dejanović, Fani Bogat, and Maja Šćepanović.

Colleagues Slavko Radiković and Damir Ivačić participated, under the guidance of colleague Zrinka Vidaković from Bayer d.o.o., in presenting the work “Cabbage Shield Moth – Control Strategy through Experiment Results and Experiences,” while colleague Boris Arko, along with colleagues Zrinka Vidaković, Željkica Oštrkapa-Međurečan, and Mario Bjeliš, gathered data for the paper “Mass Capture Method as an Alternative or Aid in Controlling Problematic Pests in Fruit Growing.”
